Returns policy

You may revoke the contract within 14 days by a written declaration (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) or – if the item was handed to you before the end of this timeframe – by returning the item. The timeframe starts after you have received this return policy in written form, but not before you receive the item (or in case of recurring deliveries before you receive the first partial delivery) and not before we fulfill our informational duties according to Article 246 Section 2 in connection with Section 1 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act of the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations pursuant to Section 312g paragraph 2, sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Article 246 Section 3 of the Introductory Act of the German Civil Code (EGBGB). To meet the timeframe it is sufficient to dispatch the item or the revocation declaration within this timeframe.

Legal Consequences of the Revocation

In case of a valid revocation both parties must return the received goods/services and any emoluments taken from them (e.g. interests). If you are not able to return the goods/services and the emoluments taken completely or partly or can do so only in a detrimental condition, you may be required to compensate us for the lost value. You are not obligated to compensate us for any detrimental condition of the good that was caused by it’s designated initial use. You only have to compensate us for emoluments taken, if you have used the good in a manner that exceeds mere testing and assessment of functions. “Mere testing and assessment of the functions” is to be interpreted as the testing and trying of goods that is common and possible in a retail store.

Goods, which can be sent via postal or parcel service, must be sent back at our risk.

You are obliged to pay for the return shipping costs if the delivered goods are the ordered ones and if the item price does not exceed 40 Euros or, in case of a higher price, if you have not paid for the item or have not provided a negotiated partial payment at the moment of the revocation. In all other cases the return shipping will be free of charge for you.
